The Almost 60 Gallon fresh water tank solution
It features two low-mounted, high-quality brass fittings at the bottom of the tank in both the front and rear locations.
Three plastic threaded input/output lines are on the top of the tank next to a large removable top port, which facilitates easy cleaning and smooth installation of the interior componentry.
The side walls are much thicker than those of a standard water tank, reducing the "bulge "usually noticed in standard fresh water tank solutions. This makes cabinetry building easier and allows for tighter tolerances, making for even more space-saving functionality.
There are three recessed flat sections for secure flat strapping, making installation secure. Molded fender cutout allows for smooth space-saving installation over the passenger interior fender.
As an option, the tank can be mounted on the driver's side, giving a midship profile and distributing the weight more to the center of the van.
The tank's side is rounded at the rear for seamless integration with the 144 WB Sprinter wall curvature when in the standard passenger-side configuration.
With the 170 WB Sprinter, there is ample room behind the tank for more storage or system componentry.
