At Artemis Outdoor, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn gear. Our goal is to ensure your apparel fits perfectly and performs exceptionally in the wild.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
